Position: New Product Introduction Project Manager

Location: Chengdu

1 MAIN TASKS

• Play the key role in the organization and Product Development
• Provide high level of leadership in industrialization and development process in order to achieve cost effectiveness and ensure supply of high quality products on time to market.
• Forecast NPI project budget
• Production planning and dimensioning.
• Preparation for supply and production.
• Technical coordinator between R&D and factory.
• Supply requirement handling.
• Material logistics management
• Supplier management.
• Production test handling.

2 QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor or master degree of first level University, major in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Business and management awareness
• Strong leadership and communication skill
• Comprehensive knowledge of technologies
• Good knowledge in high volume production and supply chain management
• Well organized and have structure thinking
• Initiative and positive personal personality
• Fluent in English speaking and excellent in English writing
• Development potential
