会展双语翻译招聘9月25-27日

2016 World Routes 国际会展在成都进行

现有一家国外公司需要招聘两名会展翻译礼仪。

工作时间：

o   Sunday 25th September: from 08.30 to 17:45
o   Monday 26th September: from 07:00 to 17:45
o   Tuesday 27th September: from 07:00 to 20:15

要求：

中英文流利， 女生。

主要职责：
o   Being at the information desks (the stand has two) for receiving guests and visitors.
o   Helping with meetings at the meeting room that is allocated at the stand (maintaining the room clean, ordered and so on)
o   Maintaining the brochure holders with corporate information that will be stored at the storage room allocated at the stand.
o   Paying attention to the AV equipment in order for they to detect any miss function.
o   Keeping in constant contact with our Project Manager who will be present at the show for the all opening hours.
