Responsibilities:

• Assist in attendance management, following up attendance reports and  material collection etc.

• Support to relative joining/leaving procedures, file archiving and  system information update.

• Assist in recruitment work such as reception and interview  arrangement etc.

• Support other HR daily job



Requirements:

•High responsibility sense and strong communication skills

•With the attitude of Initiative and  carefulness

•Good command of English and Mandarin is essential

•Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Windows 2000, Exchange Outlook)  is essential



注意：

此岗位只招聘成都在校大学生（应得到学校对实习的支持）

实习期六个月，每周可工作4-5天，每天可工作6-8小时，有实习报酬。
