Job Title: Travel Consultant
Working Location: Chengdu, China

Job Description:

- Agree with our corporate philosophy, which is trying our best  to provide  enjoyable travel experience as well as high-quality service to our customers.

- Get familiar with our tour products, understand customers’ needs and respond to their enquiries and emails in time.
Work with our team to write up tailor-made travel itineraries according to our customers’ requirements.

- Occasionally attend field trips with colleagues to the various tourist attractions and work with the team to design new itineraries for customers.

- Occasionally meet the customers and learn about their needs and feedback to the trip.
- Assist the colleagues with other tasks of the company when necessary.

Requirements：

- Interested in traveling and outdoor activities, and willing to work in tourism industry.
- Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
- Would like to work in a star-up and grow up together with the company.
- Responsible, and willing to treat our customers as your friends and try your best to provide them a pleasant trip.
- Strong communication skills, eye for details, and willing to take challenges and work hard for a better life and better future.
- We don’t have strict requirements on your age, educational background or nationality, as long as you think you can do the job well.
- Willing to learn new skills with the team, such as photo and video editing, and social media operating.
