岗位职责：


-指导、协助客户收集、整理签证申请所需材料，解决客户疑问-签证资料的审核、整理、翻译和申请表填写工作
-安排陪签、送签及取签，签证档案管理及信息维护-及时与客户联系沟通，提供专业建议和指导，保证客户满意度 任职要求：
-每周至少有2-3天实习时间，至少实习6个月及以上-英语口语和书面表达流利（操作系统全英文，收发英文邮件，偶尔有越洋电话）
-思维灵活，平易近人，待人热情，乐于接受挑战和解决问题
-有海外学习或游历经验优先-能够熟练使用Microsoft Office 等办公软件
